Soppressata, Peppadew Pepper, and Goat Cheese Tartine

As I mentioned yesterday, I am on an open-faced sandwich kick this week. It is mostly out of necessity, but you know what they say - necessity is the mother of invention, right? Today's sandwich is one I'm certainly going to be making in the future. The ingredients were mostly staple foods for me that are always in my fridge.

- sopressata
- arugula
- hot peppadew peppers, sliced (seriously, I'm addicted to these things, easy to add to charcuterie boards and wonderfully spicy).
- shaved parmigiano reggiano
- arugula
- drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
- freshly ground pepper
- one slice of bread, toasted.
